How long will it take for you to sell my business?

While it’s impossible to know exactly how long it will take, it typically takes about 3 months to find the right buyer and 2 – 3 months of due diligence, legal, banking, etc. to close the deal.

How much do you charge?

We charge the standard commission that most business brokers or M&A advisors charge. Our fee is a “success fee”; the more you get for your business, the more we’re paid, as well. This keeps us aligned.

How do we keep this confidential?

We know this is extremely important. Our process is very confidential. Everyone signs an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) before we give out any information on the business.
